Open kindergartens are not standard in the Czech Republic. In most kindergartens parents have the option to send their child to their catchment kindergarten for a maximum of 14 days and then deliver the child to nearby kindergartens.
However, it is different with us. Summer Kindergarten is open with little ones with exceptions throughout the summer. (1 week at the beginning of July and 2 weeks at the beginning of August)

Summer in MuŠka
During the summer holidays, parents of children attending our kindergarten have the opportunity to choose the summer program of their choice. The holiday kindergarten is open almost all summer, except for the first week of July and the first two weeks of August. Thus, for almost 6 weeks, children can look forward to either summer kindergarten or artistic suburban camps.
But it is requiered to enroll to the summer kindergarten up front
How to do it?
1. At the beginning of May, we send a link by email and via the Twigsee application to a link where you can fill up an application form.
2. Here you choose the weeks your child will spend in kindergarten.
3. You have the whole month of May to register. Then we close the applications.
4. This registration is binding.
5. After the deadline for applications, i.e. from around June, we will send a tuition fee prescription, which is
need to pay classically for a month in advance, i.e. until June 25.
6. Based on the submitted applications, we divide the children into classes and plan the summer
the operation of the holiday kindergarten and the vacations of our teachers in such a way that it is as good as possible for the children taken care of.
7. At the same time, you can register your child for a suburban summer camp with an artistic focus here.
8. You will receive the filling out and calculation for the suburban camp separately.
