Butterflies Class Schedule – Playful Learning and Discovery
Morning with MuŠka: Arrivals, morning circle, and individual creative activities with children
- 7:30 – 8:45 Arrival and free play: Children arrive in the classroom and engage in free play and individual activities, during which they have the opportunity to work directly with the teacher. Everything takes place naturally in English, with gentle support in Czech where needed. This approach allows for personal care and targeted development of each child’s abilities.
- 9:00 – 9:15 Morning circle and physical activity: Active wake-up with music and movement activities that prepare children for the morning program.
- 9:30 – 10:00 Morning snack: Eating together in a relaxed atmosphere, promoting table manners and social skills.
- 10:00 – 10:30 Artistic and educational activities: Music, dance, or art. Children develop creativity, senses, and the ability to cooperate.
Exploring and lunch. Staying outside and picking up
- 10:00 – 11:20 Outdoor activities and exercise: Games and exploration in the fresh air promote physical development, coordination, and enjoyment of movement.
- 11:50 – 12:20 Lunch together in a calm, family-like environment.
- 12:30 – 13:00 Pick-up after lunch.
Rest and afternoon program
- 12:30 – 14:15 Rest/sleep. Individual approach to each child’s sleep needs.
- 14:30 – 15:00 Afternoon snack.
- 15:00 – 18:00 Afternoon clubs, free play, time in the garden: Children participate in music, dance, and art clubs, discovering the world of movement and creativity. They also have time for free play and time in the garden, with individual support from teachers as needed. Children are picked up gradually throughout the afternoon.
